Business Challenges
Cirtec Medical, a global medical equipment manufacturer operating across the Americas and Costa Rica, set out to modernize its product development, quality, and training systems to better support regulatory compliance and global operations. Prior to the transformation, the company relied on disconnected legacy systems, along with paper-based quality processes and inconsistent data across sites. While BOMs and routings were fully controlled within the ERP system, their specifications were maintained separately in MasterControl, requiring manual re-entry into ERP. This disconnected structure created inefficiencies and risk of data discrepancies despite strong governance. Partnering with GoSaaS in October 2023, Cirtec implemented Oracle Cloud PLM and Quality to replace these fragmented systems with a single, scalable platform designed to improve data consistency, integration, and operational efficiency across all sites.
