There are 4 options in the BOM Manager: ### **Bulk Addition: ** ![power-tools-2-bulk-addition](https://www.gosaas.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/diagrams/power-tools-2-bulk-addition.png?width=580&name=power-tools-2-bulk-addition.png) - There are 2 ways to make bulk additions;  Manually or by using the Where Used option. - Now the user can fill in the required quantity of the item - Once the quantity is added, a change order, with the required details, is created to add the chosen item in the respective BOMs - The user can then review the change order and complete the workflow to ensure the addition of the chosen item ![](https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/ff2rGzjDJg1X7ecXyMckhs20tM0IzLYprDlerqJIDzhLhNQUa18Q54RJK64jFuc8irKQ45MptVuJvTPJu8iPA_i7ccsPrpvvQeeE9GGqZDYybX1DlnG0N7VQ3QP25OVOfJGTZgP2)   ### **Bulk Replace:** **![power-tools-3-bulk-replace](https://www.gosaas.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/diagrams/power-tools-3-bulk-replace.png?width=620&name=power-tools-3-bulk-replace.png)** - Fill the ‘Replace with’ field by searching for and selecting the desired replacement of the chosen item - Fill the Quantity field with a new quantity if needed. If left blank, the quantity of the original item will be used - Once the replacement and quantity are added, a change order in Oracle PD is created to remove the original item and add the replacement with the new quantity wherever it is used in a BOM - The user can then review the change order and complete workflow to ensure the replacement ![](https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/NGxFuU0wRv2q2TSj35M5PyY94A_PswrtPX0E6OsgS4oEbm8TGr32OhhskiYVVgip1oc11lRxTZAIusIYoa-2diy10zT7JL42MEs8dmmSAYQZarlTRXX9Rm5jDlu2HCw_GWxBFK1r)   ### Bulk Update: **![power-tools-4-bulk-update](https://www.gosaas.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/diagrams/power-tools-4-bulk-update.png?width=620&name=power-tools-4-bulk-update.png)** - Fill the Quantity field  - Once the quantity is updated, a change order with all parent items is created in Oracle PD to update the quantity - The user can then review the change order and complete workflow to ensure the quantity is updated ![](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/bzqciHFujeJjHR-ivZ7ZP3ASJx6Mo1fM4jBsHkGErO0yfhcbbl2_c0PiST737Xh7hKxOvBYB_eqk9ekiaZDa550arWynXCoHInoQ85bv8fpJyJPKVmC7mlVxCuRjD_cM7VEZJces)   ### **Bulk Remove:**** ** ![power-tools-5-bulk-remove](https://www.gosaas.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/diagrams/power-tools-5-bulk-remove.png?width=620&name=power-tools-5-bulk-remove.png) - Choose the remove option - Once done, a change order is created in Oracle PD to remove the selected item from wherever it is used - The user can then review the change order and complete workflow to ensure the removal ![](https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/iS4Kp1BAyuaKzrlKjJktk_XdfBzfxktLMEIemA2qYoCYnXAMqNCVbfFs0zBGrHPHoK0_T-pFy-9lftp_h5Ezcxs3XU9LrX1bmuu9wJrA66jCNjaUX6dXt2HV4KjEBwNnd0BMuxex)   # [View more products »](https://www.gosaas.io/all-products?hsLang=en) Find the right solution for your business ## GoSaaS, Inc. 200 Spectrum Center Drive, 3rd floor, Irvine, CA 92618 1007 N Orange St. 4th Floor #503 Wilmington DE 19801 Phone: +1 (909) 300-5916 GoSaaS Canada, Inc. 1020 - 340 12 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2R 1L5 Phone: +1 587-968-2165 GoSaaS Malaysia Sdn.
