OTM SIG is one of those events I look forward to every year. It's an opportunity to reconnect with customers, collaborate with Oracle, and hear firsthand how organizations are navigating an ever-changing logistics landscape.
While the technology and product updates are always valuable, what stood out most this year were the conversations. Whether it was at our booth, after a presentation, or during one of the many networking events throughout the week, every discussion offered a different perspective on where the industry is headed—and how GoSaaS can continue helping customers get there.
One of the biggest advantages of attending OTM SIG is the opportunity to step away from day-to-day projects and simply listen.
Throughout the conference, we met with customers across a wide range of industries, discussing everything from transportation optimization and warehouse modernization to AI adoption and long-term digital transformation. While every organization's journey is different, many shared a common goal: finding practical solutions that improve operations while preparing for the future.
Those conversations are invaluable. They not only help us better understand our customers' evolving needs but also reinforce our commitment to delivering solutions that create measurable business value.
The conference kicked off with the OTM SIG sponsor presentations, giving us the opportunity to introduce GoSaaS to the broader logistics community and share what makes us different.
Our message was simple: GoSaaS isn't just an implementation partner—we're a long-term partner invested in our customers' success. Whether organizations are implementing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Global Trade Management (GTM), Warehouse Management (WMS), or exploring AI-driven innovation, our goal is to become an extension of their team and help them achieve lasting results.
We also had the privilege of sponsoring the Women in Supply Chain event, which set a great tone for the week. It was inspiring to see so many talented professionals come together to celebrate leadership, collaboration, and the people driving innovation across the logistics industry.
One of the highlights of the week was presenting "AI Agents in Logistics: From Visibility to Autonomous Action"alongside Scott Pulczinski, Vice President, Oracle Logistics Practice.
The conversation around AI has matured significantly. Organizations are no longer asking if AI belongs in logistics—they're asking how to implement it in ways that solve real business challenges. The engagement during and after our session made it clear that companies are eager to move beyond theory and begin putting AI to work in meaningful, measurable ways.
Just as memorable were the conversations that happened after the sessions ended.
Our annual GoSaaS OTM SIG Cocktail Party at The Living Room brought together customers, Oracle leaders, partners, and friends for an evening of networking and great conversation. It's always one of the highlights of the conference and a reminder that some of the strongest partnerships are built outside the meeting room.
Later in the week, we also enjoyed spending time with Oracle's SE team during dinner at Devil's Advocate. Opportunities like these strengthen collaboration between our teams and ultimately help us deliver even greater value to our shared customers.
As I reflect on OTM SIG 2026, I'm leaving Minneapolis with more than just notes from presentations—I'm leaving with new ideas, stronger relationships, and an even better understanding of what matters most to our customers.
Those conversations will continue long after the conference, and we're excited to help organizations turn those ideas into meaningful business outcomes.
